The comfortable Acr Palas Edirne hotel enjoys a convenient location and provides easy access to Edirne City Forest nearly 25 minutes' walk away. Located about 600 metres from the Ottoman imperial Selimiye Mosque, the 2-star hotel overlooks the city and invites guests to have a drink at a 24-hour bar.
The centre of Edirne can be reached in 5 minutes' walk of the hotel, and such cultural venues as Museum of Turkish and Islamic Art are merely 0.6 km away. The Macedonian Tower is only a 14-minute stroll away, while Eski Mosque is just moments from the Acr Palas Edirne. Guests will also appreciate the vicinity to Polis Park, located 950 metres away. Sukrupasa Memorial is around 20 minutes' walk from the property. Well-connected to many sights, Acr Palas hotel is a stone's throw from Halk Egitim bus stop.
The allergy-free rooms have a seating area equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as air conditioning. Fitted with a mini-bar, coffee and tea making equipment, the rooms also come with a writing desk. Bathrooms feature a separate toilet, a sink, and a shower along with a hair dryer and bath sheets.
This hotel serves a delicious breakfast to all guests. Offering Turkish dishes, Aydin Tava Ciger lies a short way from the Acr Palas.
Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Acr Palas was a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. The staff, though not fluent in English, were incredibly kind and accommodating, providing a warm welcome that set the tone for a pleasant visit. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep amidst the historical charms of the city. The location of the hotel is superb, with the main mosque and city square just a stone's throw away - perfect for immersing oneself in the cultural highlights of the area. Despite the room being smaller than expected, it was clean and convenient, with a lovely view of the city from the breakfast area on the top floor. The free parking nearby was a convenient perk for those exploring the surroundings by car.The hotel's shared lounge and 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property, catered well to my needs as a traveler, offering amenities that ensured a seamless and enjoyable stay. The proximity to key attractions and the availability of services like dry cleaning and housekeeping added to the overall convenience and comfort of the experience. Acr Palas truly encapsulates the essence of modern hospitality in a setting rich with cultural heritage and historical significance.
